How do store and use this information:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Refund and Cancellation – Cancellation of an order attracts a charge of 10% of the MRP of the product. This is due to the nature of products and the making process.

If the customer is in receipt of a damaged product, a complete refund of the amount will be processed. On receiving a damaged product, the customer would need to get in touch with through the "Get in Touch" page on the site

 

Shipment - Soulspiti is offering free shipping for all domestic orders this festive season. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 7 working days.

 

Tracking your order - If you're a logged in user, simply head to the 'My Orders' section in your account to track your order. If you shopped as a guest, enter your order number and email address and write to us at soulspiti2020@gmail.com. We will respond back to your query within 24 hours.

 

Return – We accept returned products in case of a damaged delivery or receipt of products. There are no charges cut for returns of this nature. In no other case are returns of a received product accepted. Please note that there could be slight variations in the colour of the product because of the handmade processes deployed and is not eligible for return due to this reason. Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the same.
